It is important to keep the relative humidity levels in the home between 35% and 50% when installing hardwood floors; this includes Cumaru hardwood flooring. Cumaru hardwood is very susceptible to extreme movement if humidity levels are not kept within tolerance. Unfinished Cumaru hardwood flooring takes a stain well.
