Teka’s Landscape Gritstone is lightly carbonized, then treated with a whitewash and finally finished with white waterbased oil. Each individual board has a unique appearance due to the special aging process and wire brushing. This product is Tongue and Groove with bevel on all sides. Packaging will be 4 layers of planks with assorted lengths. The floor is pre-oiled with WOCA natural oil using a zero-VOC, water-based system made from natural vegetable oils and hardening compounds. A final coat of WOCA Master Oil is required after installation before the floor can be lived on. This natural oil finish enhances the wood’s beauty, provides excellent wear resistance, and allows for easy spot repairs without refinishing the entire floor.
