Brazilian Hickory/Pecan Engineered Select 1/2″ x 5″ x 1′-7′

Brazilian Hickory/Guajuvira is a very durable, hard, and resilient wood species (Patagonula americana) with a distinctive contrast of dark and light coloration that makes Brazilian Hickory flooring the perfect choice for both rustic and high end contemporary looks. Native to Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay, Guajuvira’s coloring consists of white to brown hues in the sapwood and many shades of dark browns and almost black hues in the heartwood. Brazilian Hickory flooring has a mix of irregular grain patterns and straight grain, and usually finishes with a satin smooth luster. Guajuvira floors are moderately photosensitive, and will patina slightly with age.
