Here is how the program works:

There are two ways to order samples from us.

First: order online! Our website is the best way to see all your options. Scroll to the bottom and if samples are available there will be a little button that says “order samples.” All you have to do is check out. How easy is that?!?!

Second way to order is to give us a call (888.448.9663). We’re more than happy to talk with you about your project, and find out exactly what you’re looking for. We will send you the samples that we chat about. Once you put your sample order in, we’ll send you two pieces of each of the samples you order. We pull the samples of the lightest and the darkest for the floor you are looking at so you can see the color variation. We then we tape up the box and ship it to you USPS. Once you look at your samples give us a call and we will get your project started!!

Let me give you a little example. Say you’re remodeling your home, you need 1,000 sqft, you want a prefinished engineered floor. You knew you wanted White Oak because you read our old blog posts and FAQ’s on the website, telling you want an awesome stable species that is in a wide plank. You filter on our website and see there are OVER 400 options…. Overwhelming?! Trust us we know. Scroll through make a list of ones you like or add them to your cart - we suggest narrowing it down to your top 5 at most. Then you call us or check out online. Then POOF your samples are on their way.
