The Fantastic Floor shipping procedures and practices are designed to get you your product quickly and efficiently. The Fantastic Floor works with Priority 1, www.priority1inc.com, a national organization that coordinates a variety of different modes of shipping for large companies with varied shipping needs. Priority 1, in turn, coordinates with major shipping services such as USF Reddaway, Central Freight, R+L Carriers, and FedEx.

Shipment times provided by The Fantastic Floor are all estimates, and vary depending on which shipping service you choose. We strive to provide our customer’s with every possible shipping option during the checkout process so that they can make the decision as to which method of shipping best matches their needs and price range.

It is advised to wait until the product has been delivered to schedule an installation. It is our goal at The Fantastic Floor to provide our customers with the best shipping service available. Tax Information

WE DO NOT COLLECT SALES TAX FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF WASHINGTON.

Sales Tax is only collected for orders SHIPPING to the state of Washington. Additional taxes may apply depending on your local tax codes and laws, but are not collected by our company. Please check with your local (state) tax board concerning reporting taxable internet purchases.

If you are a contractor or retailer with a valid Washington Resale License, please contact our Customer Service for details on us utilizing your resale permit and waiving the sales tax. Items sent to APO/FPO military addresses and states other than Washington are not subject to sales taxes. State and local sales tax rates are subject to change at any time.
