Order Processing

The first step of the order process begins when the customer hits the “submit order” button at the end of the checkout process. The order is then transmitted to the The Fantastic Floor corporate office. Upon receiving the order, our employees begin coordinating the shipment process by issuing a request to the closest warehouse to prepare the ordered products for shipment.

The employees then coordinate with the shipping service provider specified by the customer to transport the products to the shipping address specified by the customer during the checkout process. The shipping service provider then arrives at the warehouse closest to the customer’s location to pick up the product and complete the shipment.
